megan gialluca

Megan Gialluca is an undergraduate student at Northern Arizona University pursuing a degree in astronomy and physics and a minor in chemistry. She develops python tools to simulate spectra of planets in the habitable zones of catalogued M stars. She then uses those spectra to evaluate the characterization capabilities of the James Webb Space Telescope and the proposed Origins Space Telescope. She has completed a HURA grant, received the Goldwater Scholarship, and will be working under a NASA Space Grant in the 2019-2020 academic year.
